Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• This position primarily involves opening, sorting, and preparing vision claim forms for scanning. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, and the capacity to retain and accurately repeat tasks once trained. We operate in a fast-paced environment, and efficiency is important after the training period. The candidate will be responsible for learning approximately 45 different document types and accurately identifying and categorizing each one.
• Experience in document preparation, scanning, or imaging is a plus. This role is primarily sedentary but does require movement throughout the office to retrieve mail and other documents. Basic technical skills are required, including the ability to operate a copier/printer for making copies.
• The position also requires the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, including mail tubs, trays, and paper.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma required.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred
• Technical aptitude with printers, copy and postage machines and other office equipment
