To be responsible for developing and implementing Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management system at the factory
To enforce and monitor compliance of HSE standards, legal/regulatory requirements, corporate policies and guidelines and internal procedures
To conducts/coordinates all HSE in-house trainings and skills certification programs
To carry out the investigation into HSE-related occurrences (accidents, ill health, near miss incidents, security cases) and propose the appropriate corrective and preventive action plan
To make the required reports for Authorities and Corporate
To perform other duties and responsibilities within the competencies of the HSE Supervisor assigned by the Site Manager.
Qualifications
Engineer or Master degree in safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental related discipline
At least 3 years in HSE ; Experience in pharmaceutical (GMP environment) and/or feed field (HACCP environment) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HSE principles and regulations
Good training, auditing and communication skills
Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
Risk assessment skills and capacity to anticipate and plan
Advanced in spoken and writing English ; computer skills in MS Office, Google Suite, Auto CAD
Determined, proactive, careful, team-spirited, self-initiated
Living in Dong Nai or willing to relocate near the working place is preferred.
