Job Description

Randstad is seeking a Practice Manager for a well-established speciality small private practice in North Bethesda, Maryland.  This is a hands-on leadership role within a small private practice environment, responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and partnering directly with ownership to ensure a high-functioning, patient-focused office. Ideal background:

  • 3+ years of medical office management experience, ideally in a small or single-site practice
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean, hands-on environment
  • Organizational and process orientation
  • Experience with credentialing and working alongside billing functions
  • Financial awareness (reporting, budgeting exposure preferred)

salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

Key focus areas:

  • Day-to-day office operations and workflow management
  • Staff oversight, scheduling, and team support
  • Coordination with outsourced billing and basic financial visibility
  • Credentialing, compliance, and administrative oversight
  • Driving organization, efficiency, and overall patient experience

Responsibilities to include: 

  • Liaison with external medical billing company
  • A/R monitoring, denial trends, collections performance
  • Payroll oversight & compensation systems
  • Patient account workflows & financial policies
  • Provider credentialing, re-credentialing & payer enrollment
  • Front office supervision & administrative leadership
  • KPI tracking & financial reporting
  • Operational improvements & expense management
  • Healthcare regulatory compliance
