The primary responsibility of this position is to provide an exceptional resident experience from first contact through to move-out.
Main responsibilities include communicating with prospects and identifying their housing needs, providing tours and information of available apartments, prospect follow up, preparing lease-related paperwork, conducting background and credit checks, coordinating move-ins, assisting the Property Manager with office duties, touring and inspecting apartments and the properties to ensure we are meeting our market ready standards, curb appeal and overall property appearance.
Required skills & abilities include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, good verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, be able to walk up and down stairs with ease, should be detail oriented and organized, and, have an outgoing and friendly personality.
Leasing Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
This is a part time position that runs from April to August.
