Our kitchen staff work in a fast paced, high energy environment. The responsibility of this position is to work as a team to delivery the best quality of food. It also involves closing the kitchen and preparing it for the morning shift. We close at 10 PM and the kitchen staff are normally heading home by 10:30 PM. Kitchen staff (Nights) can work up to a full-time schedule. Minimum expected hours is 20 per week. Prior experience is not needed. Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH part time restaurant jobs is not required but preferred.
