Salary: $55,000 - 66,000 per year Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional UX design experience
• Proficient in Figma, utilizing it for design, prototyping, and documentation
• Strong grasp of UX theory, principles, and systems thinking
• Experience in developing and contributing to design systems
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and self-direct work
• Confident in articulating design choices and rationale
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and a reliable team player
• Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams

• Transform requirements and preliminary concepts into distinct, user-centered design solutions
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes ranging from basic to advanced fidelity
• Illustrate systems, states, logic, and detailed user journeys
• Implement UX theory and principles in design choices
• Construct, adjust, and sustain components within existing design frameworks
• Balance user requirements with business objectives and technical limitations
• Draft UX copy (microcopy, long form, emails) aligned with voice and tone
• Clearly present design work and rationale to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Quickly iterate based on feedback and changing requirements
• Consistently apply accessibility standards and best practices for usability
