Position: Design Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $55$95/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic end-to-end design workflows that challenge todays best models.
• Grade agent performance in handling complex design scenarios .
• Build scenarios across visual and brand design product and UX design and content and creative operations .
• Create challenging scenarios requiring long focus sessions.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3 years in visual/brand design product or UX design or creative operations.
• Working fluency in at least two of: wireframing and prototyping ( Figma Sketch ) visual design and brand systems design systems and components illustration creative ops and asset management.
• Comfortable reading and producing design artifacts: specs wireframes prototypes brand guidelines creative briefs.
• Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and design decisions step by step.
• Drawn to long-horizon challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks.

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly contractor Paid weekly via Stripe Connect .
