Salary: $86,800 - 165,200 per year Requirements:

• We require U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance before the start date; a current Top Secret clearance must already be active on day one.
• We are seeking someone with a bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, preferably in a STEM discipline, plus at least 5 years of engineering experience.
• We need experience in systems engineering and/or systems integration and test.
• We need experience coordinating across multiple functions such as engineering, finance, supply chain, and/or quality.
• We prefer experience with Agile methods, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and/or Digital Engineering.
• We prefer experience developing integration and verification strategies.
• We prefer strong customer focus and collaborative working skills.
• We prefer familiarity with DOORS.
• We prefer an understanding of the systems engineering product development lifecycle.
• We prefer experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or field environment supporting integration and/or verification.
• We prefer experience producing technical documentation such as trade studies, test plans, procedures, or technical reports.

• We update, maintain, and improve requirements and related documentation for development and production programs.
• We lead and/or support integration and test activities, as well as design and system verification.
• We lead and/or support system performance analysis.
• We model the system and its development and production processes using Cameo.
• We create and present technical data for design reviews and test-event preparation.
• We troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data review and debugging, and we participate in failure investigations.
• We conduct statistical and numerical analysis of test data to confirm requirements and optimize system performance.
• We lead and/or support mission execution at local facilities, test sites, vendor locations, and customer sites.
