Salary: $120,001 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with five or more years of experience in an IT enterprise setting, focusing on cyber, system administration, engineering, or management.
• Must possess an active Secret Clearance to begin.
• Certifications including CISSP, CASP+, CISM, CCSP, Security+, Azure Security or Administrator Certifications, and Network Security Certifications.
• Familiarity with PKI platforms, RADIUS systems, firewalls, Microsoft security tools, endpoint management, and network monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of PKI and identity management, including Certificate Lifecycle Management, SCEP/NDES integration, CAC/PIV authentication, and Microsoft Entra ID Security.
• Experience with network access and authentication, particularly RADIUS engineering (NPS, ISE, ClearPass), 802.1X wired/wireless authentication, and device posture validation.
• Proficiency in enterprise security technologies including Microsoft Intune, endpoint security, Azure security services, and continuous monitoring tools.
• Background in supporting PEO Digital enterprise systems in securing, resilient, and Zero Trust-aligned enterprise communications.

• Lead the design and execution of the Comply-to-Connect (C2C) security framework for Navy enterprise networks.
• Engineer PKI solutions to facilitate secure device authentication across Microsoft Teams Telephony and NetMod environments.
• Architect RADIUS authentication systems to support 802.1X network access control.
• Implement firewall security policies to ensure secure communication for mission systems.
• Participate in Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, including Authorization to Operate (ATO) documentation and vulnerability mitigation.
• Monitor Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert Management (IAVM), Communications Task Orders (CTOs), and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) releases, participating in STIG implementation as needed.
