Senior Accountant

$80,000-$100,000

Conshohocken PA / Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, including preparing analytical reviews and posting journal entries across key accounting areas.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and supporting analyses in accordance with monthly close timelines.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly f inancial reporting packages.
• Prepare financial reports and respond to ad hoc information requests from management and cross-functional business partners.
• Assist with projects related to process improvements enhancing technology reporting tools.
• Provide guidance, and training to less experienced accountants to ensure accurate and timely execution of accounting responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of monthly  accounting close .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA and/or MBA in Finance/Accounting a plus.
• Experience in mid to large complex company environment.
• Big4, National CPA experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• ERP system experience is a plus.
