$60k-$70k Base + Commission

Full-time (M-F)
Ability to Commute-Cartersville, GA
Hybrid between in-office & out in the field

Job Summary:
Our client is a solar module manufacturer that specializes in customized production lines of US-made solar products. They are seeking a Sales Specialist with a Solar energy background to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close sales to meet or exceed company revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, and requires solar panel experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional consultative selling and product detailing
  • Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics
  • Work with account executives to design industry-specific outreach efforts
  • Utilize Salesforce tools to ensure a standardized process throughout all stages of a sale
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Three or more years of sales experience in a Solar energy background
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven and customer-focused
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Experience in closing enterprise-level deals
  • Strong ability to analyze business opportunities effectively
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work is typically performed indoors and outdoors.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
