Job Description

Our team continues to grow, and we are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Marketing team. We are looking for a driven B2B sales professional with outbound prospecting experience who enjoys generating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and contributing to revenue growth in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients and decision-makers within the ideal customer profile.
  • Utilize multiple outreach channels, including cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and social selling tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Contribute to demand generation initiatives by nurturing prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel.
  • Educate prospects on corporate solutions related to international expansion, entity management, and tax and statutory accounting services.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria (BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
  • Schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls for the Account Executive team, ensuring a seamless and well-prepared handoff.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and prospect interactions in CRM systems (HubSpot and Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align on strategy, share market insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development or outbound prospecting roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), email automation platforms, and LinkedIn for social selling.
  • Strong resilience and a positive, persistent attitude in a target-driven environment.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of leads.
  • Professional-level English proficiency.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
  • Experience contributing to demand generation or marketing-driven sales campaigns.
  • Experience working in international or global business environments.
  • Strong interest in career growth within a global corporate structure.
