We're a Nashville-based insurance-accepting private practice built around the belief that lasting change comes from working with people — not prescribing rigid rules at them. We're growing, and we're looking for a full-time Registered Dietitian to join our team and build a caseload they're genuinely proud of.

About the Role

This is a fully remote, 40-hour-per-week W-2 position seeing patients via telehealth. You'll work with a diverse caseload spanning general wellness, weight-inclusive care, intuitive eating, and metabolic health including diabetes management. 

We know caseloads don't fill overnight, and we don't expect yours to. You'll have a structured onboarding period with dedicated time for training and clinical development before full productivity expectations kick in.

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial and follow-up nutrition counseling sessions via telehealth
• Maintain payer-compliant documentation in our EHR
• Contribute to a collaborative, small-team practice culture
• Participate in ongoing case consultation and professional development

What We're Looking For

• Active RD/RDN credential
• Active Tennessee dietitian license, or anticipated licensure within the next 1-2 months — this is required for insurance credentialing and non-negotiable
• Alignment with weight-inclusive, non-diet, and intuitive eating frameworks
• Experience or strong interest in diabetes and metabolic nutrition
• Telehealth or outpatient counseling experience preferred
• Strong independent work habits and documentation skills

What We Offer

• Base salary $58,000–$65,000 depending on experience, up to $75,000 with bonus opportunites
