As a Recreation Assistant, you will:
Assist in providing recreational activities and events for the leisure and enjoyment of the public
Carry out various duties depending on the specific assignment
Support the planning, organization, and execution of recreational programs and events
Engage with participants and ensure a positive experience
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of activities
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in recreation, event planning, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging activities
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
