Job Description

Talis Groups’ client is a well-established, leading industrial facility, dedicated to responsible, sustainable, and compliant production. They are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead production operations, ensure quality standards, and support a safe and efficient work environment on the 2nd or 3rd shift . This role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities, coordinating across departments, and driving continuous improvement.

Salary: $70 – 85,000 + full benefits package including private local medical clinics, dental, vision, matching 401K & much more. Be part of an amazing team environment.

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES:

• Supervise production workers for your shift.
• Work with Production and Quality Managers on best practices for sample management and tracking.
• Monitor processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards. 
• Maintain product inventory levels to meet customer orders and ensure on-time delivery. 
• Assist in investigations of safety incidents, process issues, and customer complaints.
• Ensure products are delivered on time in an efficient and cost-effective manner. 
• Communicate regularly with Sales and Traffic teams. 
• Enforce Quality Management System procedures and maintain accurate records. 
• Provide training, guidance, and performance monitoring. 
• Manage employee schedules and payroll records, ensuring accurate time entry. 
• Uphold all safety requirements and contribute to a safe work environment. 
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.

  HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing supervision experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proven leadership ability to direct teams, foster collaboration, and motivate employees. 
• Capable of working effectively with internal teams and external partners.
