Elwood Staffing is hiring for Overnight Production Associate in Longview, TX! 6:30pm-6:30pm 5-7 days a week $15/hr

Production Associate- 2nd Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Sunday through Saturday from 06:30pm to 06:30am )

• Required Training Schedule: Initial 1-day orientation from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Then train on 1st Shift 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM until you are fully proficient and comfortable with all job duties for approximately 2 weeks before moving to night shift schedule.
• Manually lift, carry, and transport finished steel cylinders from the production line to pallets for staging and shipment
• Accurately stage materials at production lines to maintain continuous production flow
• Hand-stack finished products onto pallets and move completed pallets to designated shipping or storage areas
• Perform other material handling and general labor duties as assigned to support facility operations
• Might move to other departments as needed

Production Associate- 2nd Shift Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a hot, dusty, and dirty industrial setting.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and guidelines

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
