Job Opportunity: Recruiting-Focused Site Coordinator — Drive Success from Day One! Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance and people? Join our Randstad Inhouse Team as a Site Coordinator and become the essential link in our talent acquisition process. You will own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for assigned client sites, ensuring a seamless experience for both new hires and hiring managers. Why This Role is Exciting:
- You are the Talent Gatekeeper: You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent.
- Compliance Champion: You ensure every process—from I-9 verification to background checks—is executed with precision and full legal compliance.
- Relationship Builder: You cultivate positive relationships with candidates as their primary point of contact and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Develop and publish compelling job postings on various platforms and meticulously create and manage job orders in the applicant tracking system.
- Seamless Onboarding: Oversee the entire new-hire journey, including sending and tracking onboarding packages and confirming completion of all necessary documentation and required assessments.
- Compliance & Verification: Manage the background check process and I-9 verification to ensure all legal requirements are met.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for talent, addressing concerns, and foster positive relationships with hiring managers by providing regular status updates and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records of all activities and assist with various HR-related projects as needed.
