Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Onsite 5x a week west of Oklahoma City

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire - Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without assistance

Salary: $100,000 annually (~$48.08/hour)

Our client has experienced significant growth over the past three years and is doubling in size year over year. With approximately $11M in annual sales and a strong national retail and e-commerce presence, they are investing in a new, larger facility and expanding their operational capabilities.

This role reports to the Plant Manager/Operations Director and will play a critical leadership role in minimizing downtime, building preventive maintenance structure, and supporting future automation initiatives.

This position is highly hands-on and leadership-focused, with responsibilities divided approximately as follows:

• 60% Preventive Maintenance – Build and maintain a structured PM program
• 20% Reactive Repair – Troubleshoot and minimize equipment downtime
• 20% Project/Install Work – Equipment upgrades, installs, and process improvements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a structured preventive maintenance program
• Perform and oversee parts replacement and root cause analysis
• Lead and direct daily maintenance activities across shifts
• Manage and support a team of 2 maintenance technicians (with plans to grow the team)
• Hire, train, and build out additional maintenance staff as operations scale
• Collaborate closely with operators and leadership
• Support automation initiatives (future opportunity to assist with PLC-related work)
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 3 weeks)

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (required)
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Electrical knowledge preferred
• Self-motivated with strong communication and direction-setting skills

Schedule:

• Onsite in 5 days per week
• Typical shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 24/7 facility (3 shifts)
• On-call rotation every three weeks
