Basic Info

1.Working Schedule: 7:45am – 4:45pm from Monday to Friday;
2.Student Age: 2.5 to 6 years old;
3.Allocation of Teachers: 20 to 22 students in a class with 4 teachers;
4.Location: Tianhe District, the central business area of Guangzhou

Job Description

1.Responsible for the delivery of the IB curriculum;
2.Work together with the Chinese homeroom teacher to manage the class, take care of children, ensure children’s safety, set up class agreements and help children develop their self-regulation;
3.Responsible for environmental displays, communication with parents, writing reports and the class newsletters;
4.Assess children’s development 3 times a year and coordinate parent-teacher meetings;
5.Organize or take part in all kindergarten activities and/or any other event including PD days;
6.Help write or proofread English version of kindergarten’s official website’s newsletter, marketing documents, and other kindergarten documents as necessary or requested;
7.Work professionally with a positive and committed attitude, enhance work synergy and create a high-performance team;

Requirements

1.Hold a BA/BSc Level Qualification, Equivalent or Higher;
2.Majored in Education with teaching License preferred;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.A minimum 2+ years teaching experience with 2.5 to 6 years old children;
5.Be caring and patient with children;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range from 28,000 to 32,000 RMB before tax per month (including housing allowance, living allowance) + benefits (see below);
2.Housing allowance 4,000 RMB per month provided;
3.Retention Bonus: one-month standard salary after two years’ work and two-month standard salary after completion of three years’ contract;

5.Flight reimbursement: 5,500 RMB for single trip, 10,500 RMB per school year;
