We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Kajabi/Kartra Virtual Assistant to support the setup, management, and optimization of digital products, online courses, membership sites, email marketing campaigns, and sales funnels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with either Kajabi or Kartra and be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
* Create and manage online courses, coaching programs, and membership portals.
* Upload and organize course content, videos, downloads, and resources.
* Configure member access levels and user permissions.
* Monitor course performance and troubleshoot user issues.
* Build and maintain landing pages, opt-in pages, sales pages, checkout pages, and thank-you pages.
* Create and optimize sales funnels and customer journeys.
* Implement upsells, downsells, order bumps, and product bundles.
* Ensure mobile responsiveness and user-friendly design.
* Set up email campaigns, broadcasts, and automated sequences.
* Create customer onboarding, nurture, and follow-up automations.
* Segment audiences and manage subscriber lists.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Manage customer records and CRM data.
* Process customer inquiries related to courses, memberships, and purchases.
* Handle account access requests and troubleshooting.
* Maintain accurate customer and subscription records.
* Update website content and landing pages.
* Manage integrations with third-party tools and applications.
* Ensure all products, forms, and automations function properly.
* Perform routine platform audits and quality assurance checks.
* Track funnel, email, and course performance metrics.
* Generate reports on conversions, engagement, and customer activity.
* Identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversions.
* Proven experience working with Kajabi and/or Kartra.
* Experience building sales funnels, landing pages, and email automations.
* Strong understanding of digital products, online courses, and membership platforms.
* Experience with CRM management and customer support.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Experience with Zapier and platform integrations.
* Familiarity with Canva, basic graphic design, and content formatting.
* Knowledge of copywriting for landing pages and email marketing.
* Experience supporting coaches, consultants, course creators, or online educators.
* Understanding of marketing analytics and conversion optimization.
