Job Description:

The Swatch Group US is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This role supports daily treasury operations, cash management, and liquidity analysis, helping ensure the organization’s financial stability and efficient cash flow.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with internal and external clients, be self-motivated, proactive, energetic, detail-oriented, assertive and efficient. They would be able to work in a team environment, think creatively and perform with enthusiasm.

This is an office based position in Miami, Florida. 

Profile

Responsibilities

  • Setting up bank vault service for new boutiques or change service when needed
  • Cash Pickup service & Vendor management
  • Security Product Ordering for boutiques
  • Handling of daily accounting tasks
  • Reconcile sales to cash collected
  • Support the month-end close process by providing accurate cash and debt data.
  • Review and resolve discrepancies between sales and cash collection
  • Assist in preparing variance analysis reports
  • Support audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping of treasury transactions.
  • Researches and responds to inquiries from internal team members, management and related parties
  • Assist with other projects assigned by Management

Professional requirements

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in similar position and/or environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar field is preferred
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Have a working knowledge of IFRS/GAAP principles.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong learning ability and problem solving skills
  • Able to build relationships with internal and external clients
  • Strong time management skills and ability to be both effective and efficient in work
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; Excellent Excel skills
  • Able to work well with minimal supervision; self-starter, pro-active
