Industrial Machinery Mechanic Southern, NH Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 (Based on experience)
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Machinery Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair sophisticated production equipment within a New Hampshire facility. This role is critical to ensuring manufacturing lines—specializing in high-precision components—remain operational and efficient. You will work with a mix of legacy mechanical systems and modern, automated machinery integrated with AI-driven diagnostics.

Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on industrial equipment, including hydraulic systems, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and motors.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex equipment failures using blueprints, technical manuals, and digital diagnostic software.
- Precision Alignment: Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components; adjust parts and hardware to ensure optimal performance using micrometers and calipers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to install new machinery and suggest modifications to improve equipment reliability.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA standards and internal safety protocols, ensuring a clean and hazard-free workspace.
