Salary: $86,800 - 165,200 per year Requirements:

• We require a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• We require hands-on integration experience with hardware, software, and/or firmware, including electrical design and the ability to interpret schematic diagrams.
• We require experience using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
• We require an active and transferable U.S. government security clearance prior to the start date.
• We require U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• We require the ability to obtain an interim U.S. government security clearance before starting.
• We prefer strong organizational, coordination, planning, teamwork, and verbal and written communication skills.
• We prefer experience creating technical documentation and reports.
• We prefer knowledge of RF theory and its application in systems.
• We prefer familiarity with networking and IP-addressed equipment.
• We prefer the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
• We prefer experience working with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• We prefer knowledge of equipment rack assembly, cable installation, and electronics maintenance.
• We prefer programming or scripting experience with Java, C, C++, Python, Perl, and MATLAB.
• We prefer candidates with a Secret DoD clearance.

• We work with multiple trades and design teams on developmental programs within our Hardware-in-the-Loop organization.
• We perform system integration activities in HWIL facilities to support system signal presentation.
• We investigate failures and troubleshoot issues within HWIL test environments.
• We take part in test system design, assembly, and integration efforts on development programs.
• We operate HWIL test environments through the various phases of program development.
• We support the full lifecycle of system development and sustainment in a collaborative team setting.
• We partner with weapon system designers to understand requirements, shape solutions, integrate systems, and support tactical software development, testing, and delivery.
• We map requirements to measured results and validate performance against program needs.
• We contribute to learning and applying system-level knowledge across developmental HWIL programs.
• We gain exposure to signal generation and presentation across IF and RF test environments.
