Healthcare Staffing Coordinator - Help Keep Patient Care Running Smoothly
Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week between 4:30am-8:00pm & every other weekend
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
Our client in Bangor, Maine is hiring a Healthcare Staffing Coordinator to support daily staffing operations within a large healthcare system. This positions pays $18.75 per hour and is temp-to-hire , offering long-term potential for the right candidate.

Typical daily duties:
Making and receiving phone calls
Documenting within the staffing/scheduling system
Communicating department activities and staffing needs at shift change

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Ability to focus and multitask in a busy environment
Excellent communication, people and organizational skills
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
