Job Description

We are looking for a freelance Onboarding Specialist for a top media company at their NY offices!

• Pay rate: $24.00-26.00/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Review submitted paperwork packets in their entirety. Verify W-9 for loan-outs
• The gatekeeper sends a packet of paperwork to payroll provider for processing.
• Check the LOI status with Paymaster periodically via email or client portal. Once the freelancer signs the LOI, wait 12-24 hours for processing.

Required Qualifications:

• I-9 Verification and onboarding document review experience
• Previous experience setting up workers in payroll system, ideally have experience in Production Payroll  
• Potential for TA Coordinator duties
• Must be local to NYC
