Your Role:
As a Drain Technician at Beyond Wow Plumbing, you will:
• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential plumbing systems, identifying drain-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and identify drain problems, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment for drain cleaning, unclogging, and repair.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner, helping them understand their drain-related plumbing issues and available solutions.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction on every call.
• Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting before and after pictures and filling out notes for each job.
• Educate customers on best practices for maintaining their drain systems.
• Adhere to company procedures and safety protocols.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
