The Big Tasks
As a Drain Technician, you will help homeowners resolve drain and sewer issues by providing professional drain cleaning services, diagnosing problems, and recommending the best solutions. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by combining technical skill, problem-solving ability, and strong communication while working independently in the field and building trust with homeowners.
Key Sub Tasks
If you are confident operating drain cleaning equipment, enjoy troubleshooting problems, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, you may be the right fit for this role at Logan Services. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in residential environments while representing the company professionally.
You should have strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to educate homeowners on recommended solutions. Success in this role requires professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust quickly with customers while handling objections and service conversations effectively.
