As a Dispatcher at Pro-Vac…
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics team. Your responsibilities will range from managing key documentation to assisting with job site preparation, all while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

• Communicate professionally and courteously : You'll be interacting with logistics personnel, customers, employees, supervisors, and managers, so strong communication skills are a must.
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction : Always provide excellent customer service to ensure our clients are satisfied with our work.
• You are a go-getter with a positive attitude!

• Extensive industry and/or dispatch experience
• Ability to help develop and improve the customer experience 
• Transportation knowledge of principles and methods for moving trucks through traffic, including the relative costs and benefits
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly to others

 
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday (1:00 pm - 9:00 pm) with weekend rotation

 
Pay Range:
$60,000 plus annually
