SAP Integration Lead
Role Overview
The SAP Integration Lead is responsible for defining and delivering integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems within S/4HANA landscapes. This role leads the design, development, and governance of end-to-end integration architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP integration solutions using CPI, PI/PO, API Management, and other middleware tools.
• Define integration strategies, standards, and reusable frameworks.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify integration points.
• Oversee API-based, event-driven, and cloud-to-cloud integrations.
• Ensure integration governance, version control, and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Support production issues, monitoring, and incident management.
Required Skills
• Strong expertise in SAP CPI, PI/PO, API Management, and Cloud Integration Suite.
• Hands-on experience in REST, SOAP, OData, and IDoc integration.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and non-SAP connectivity.
• Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSL).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of SAP integration experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• SAP Certified Integration Suite or CPI certification preferred.
