About the Role

We’re seeking a Cafe Manager to oversee operations at our Tribeca location, ensuring consistent quality, guest experience, and team performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations for our Tribeca café, ensuring top-tier coffee, food, and service quality.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire café teams to deliver exceptional hospitality and uphold brand standards.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to drive performance, improve efficiency, and manage costs.
  • Support hiring, training, and team development in partnership with HR and senior leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, training, and supply chain teams on promotions, launches, and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of café management experience.
  • Proven leadership and people development skills — you know how to build culture and coach performance.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in labor management, cost control, and P&L oversight.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for specialty coffee, hospitality, and operational excellence.
