WHAT YOULL DO:

As our Body Shop Manager youll be the engine that keeps everything running smoothly. Youll lead a skilled team of technicians deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure every vehicle leaves our shop looking showroom-ready.

• Lead motivate and develop a high-performing body shop team
• Oversee daily operations to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Ensure top-quality repairs and adherence to manufacturer standards
• Build strong relationships with customers vendors and insurance partners
• Manage estimates scheduling and workflow like a pro
• Drive profitability while maintaining outstanding service standards
• Champion a culture of safety accountability and excellence
