Job Description

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced  Bartender . We are considering candidates with at least 2 years of prior experience working within an upscale restaurant, hotel or resort environment. Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are a must and knowledge of JONAS is a plus. Bartenders are responsible for food and beverage and service knowledge, serving meals to members in our restaurants and providing an exceptional dining experience.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • The bartender is responsible for greeting patrons, processing their food/beverage orders, and maintaining the overall environment according to the standards of Woodfield Country Club.
  • Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, recognize membership by name and retain member preferences.
  • Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including but not limited to wine, draft beer, bottled beer, liquor, etc.
  • Takes food and/or beverage orders from members and their guests, offering suggestions to personalize and customize the dining experience for each patron.
  • Practices mixology using prepared and fresh ingredients to make high quality cocktails and other beverages.
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent service orientation
  • 2 years of experience Bartending
  • Excellent communication and service skills
  • Previous experience in a upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment
  • Knowledge of JONAS, preferred
