Job Description

Salary: $50,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• A proactive AI-forward mindset is essential
• Practical experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Competency in leveraging AI to handle routine tasks while concentrating on architecture and code review
• Proven proficiency in Python and familiarity with the Django web framework, including Django ORM
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript and React for modern frontend development
• Familiarity with full stack combinations of frontend and backend frameworks with ORM layers
• Thorough understanding of RESTful API design and contemporary web architectures
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, through an ORM system
• Proficient in using Git for version control in collaborative settings
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• (Preferred) Experience in deploying or fine-tuning open-source large language models (LLMs)
• (Preferred) Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like PyTorch
• (Preferred) Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes for container orchestration
• (Preferred) Exposure to cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• (Preferred) Advanced skills in TypeScript or React, including state management and testing

• Leverage AI-driven coding tools to accelerate software development
• Prompt, direct, and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and maintainability
• Constantly assess and implement new agentic development tools and methodologies
• Create and maintain user-responsive frontends using React and TypeScript
• Construct robust backend services and APIs utilizing Python and the Django framework
• Design and implement RESTful APIs connecting frontend interfaces with backend systems
• Work with PostgreSQL through Djangos ORM, focusing on models and efficient querysets
• Integrate AI/ML models into scalable applications
• Support the deployment and upkeep of model-serving infrastructure
• Engage in architectural discussions, technical design, and code reviews
• Write clear, well-structured, and documented code for team collaboration
